Our BAB Juniors program is designed to keep kids active, whilst building strength & fitness education for lifelong wellness. 

What is it? 

  • 45-minute group strength training.  

  • A fun structured program designed for kids aged 10-17.

  • Small class sizes to ensure exercise safety.

  • A positive, fun environment to help your child grow. 

  • Focused & safe age-appropriate exercise delivered by expert coaches.

Class Options: Mondays 4:30pm. Tuesdays 4PM
